A brotherhood in the kitchen
We’ve known each other since childhood. We were neighbors, shared similar circles of friends, and although we each followed our own paths, we realized early on,already as teenagers, how parallel those paths really were. We both studied at the same culinary school at different times, and eventually, the moment came to work together.
It was in Ibiza where we began sharing the kitchen as private chefs, and it didn’t take long for us to recognize the connection, flow, and balance between us. That’s how Alimentación Sagrada was born.
Our compass has always been a clear sense of energy guiding us toward what we’re meant to do, where to do it, and how to do it. Our role is to trust that flow fully, allowing creativity and harmony to emerge naturally.

Since my teenage years, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring cooking as a tool for care, connection, and transformation. I work with real, natural, and vibrant ingredients, respecting the rhythms of nature and the needs of each person, creating dishes that nourish body, mind, and spirit.
I trained as a Culinary and Gastronomy Technician and worked at La Terraza del Casino Madrid (2 Michelin stars, 3 Repsol suns), where I developed my skills in avant-garde cuisine. In the years that followed, I worked as a private chef in villas and personal growth retreats in Ibiza. It was there that I discovered conscious eating and its transformative potential, exploring different approaches vegetarian, vegan, raw food, macrobiotic, alkaline, and Ayurvedic nutrition… and eventually committed to five years of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
All of these experiences come together in a style of cooking that reflects my journey: technique, knowledge, and sensitivity woven together with creativity and personality to create something truly unique.

Trained as a Senior Technician in Hospitality and a certified Naturopath, I combine my knowledge of gastronomy and nutrition to create an authentic and personal style.
I cook with love, it’s my calling. It connects me with the pleasure of slowing down, with the care placed in every gesture and every dish. I have a keen eye for detail, making sure everything is in its right place, connected.
As a child, I spent afternoons with my grandmother, surrounded by smells and flavors, and that’s when I knew cooking would be my path. I’ve worked in restaurants, hotels, villas, and events—always learning, always adapting, always searching for my own voice: a sensitive and harmonious cuisine, where stories are told through textures and colors.
For me, cooking is a ritual, and sitting down to eat is a ceremony. It’s not just about nourishment, but about feeling,about feeding something deeper, finding beauty in simplicity and magic in the everyday. Each creation seeks to bring body and soul together, creating a sense of fullness that lingers in the memory.
For me, the act of eating is a deeply intimate, conscious, and almost magical moment. It’s the time and space where long natural processes come to an end, only to give life again and begin new cycles.
Presence is, for me, a way of giving thanks within this alchemical act, and it’s from this place that I cook.
In the kitchen, I bring full attention to every element, with a deep awareness of working with living systems. Eating becomes an act of connection with our origins—a union between heaven and earth.
My cooking is simple, yet profound. Every flavor, color, smell, and texture plays its role with intention, coming together in something balanced, unique, and fleeting. From this place, I create an experience that is enjoyable, nourishing, healthy, and filled with care and presence.
